Unplanned

It has been my experience that a majority of the fun adventures I have come when I don't plan or expect them.

Many a time the following has happened:

Today was Friday. A blessed day. Usually. Although this Friday I had no plans. Which made me feel bored. But I wasn't in any mood to make any so I let it slide, I can always use a relaxing night at home. Around one Mitch and JJ came over to visit me. It wasn't technically a surprise since we had talked about it a couple days before but it was still very spontaneous. I love spontaneity. I wasn't planning on them being over for long, I had homework and didn't know how to entertain them for long in my new place. After four hours of sitting and talking and joking and whatnot we decided to go to dinner. Another spontaneous act since I had fully expected to be making my own dinner tonight. On the way to the Cougar Eat, a mere walk upwards of twenty five minutes, we decided to watch a movie too! After dinner we found an empty room in the JKB and watched two and a half hours of the Colbert Report. Again with the spontaneous acts of awesomeness we went to the Welcome Back Activity that was going on in the Wilk. There was food, a dance, speed dating, games, an obstacle course, and so much other stuff. I was psyched. I love dancing {I have zero to negative a couple skills in the dancing department but it always feels so good to move my body like a chicken on crack to a fun, upbeat song} so dragged the guys to the dance. We ended up staying for maybe half an hour before deciding, spontaneously, to play Risk back at their hall! That was crazy fun and by midnight we had joined another group in another hall playing Settlers of Catan. I got home around 1:30, after twelve hours with these crazy kids, feeling so good.

That's what I get for not making plans. :)
