Sometimes.. God gives you what you need and not what you want. Sometimes.. life is just unexpected.
I had a great time on that date tonight. Ryan. It was a double with Jessica, the most talkative, silly, blonde girl I've ever met, and Charles, an absolute doll of a guy. We walked over to Brick Oven Pizza, went ice skating, watched a movie in the Tanner building, got kicked out of the Tanner building, finished the movie in the car, and watched drama unfold as cops arrested a car full of drunk kids in front of building 9.
I always dread things that end up being really amazing or fun. Meeting new people, going to school, dates, moving.. change is scary. And I definitely don't like leaving my comfort zone. It's good for me to though.
I end up coming away with new, exciting experiences.
Anything I've ever done that was ultimately worthwhile...initially scared me to death."
