- Walking out of my calculus lab I pushed open the door while talking to Wes. The door only opened halfway, and while I didn't need it open all the way to get through it, I was confused why it wouldn't open so I kept pushing. It felt so squishy.. and then a head popped out behind the door and said "..hi". Oh my, there's a human behind this door. We both started laughing and sputtering out apologies. That really was a squishy door..
- As I made my way through the Talmage to my class in the Maeser I passed a bench with a guy laying on it. Now, at BYU there are hundreds, possibly thousands, of benches strewn across campus for which, in the mind of the student body, the sole purpose is sleeping. Seriously everyone sprawls out like idiots on these benches to get in their naps. I mock these people. Anyway so I was going to walk past this kid on this bench with a slight eye-roll, as I am wont to do, but then I noticed his face. This kid wasn't asleep. He was laying half-way into the fetal position with his eyes wide open focused on the wall in a look of horror. He had papers full of equations spread around him and he was holding a pencil like it was the only thing to hold onto. I could not stop giggling. Finals will be over soon, friend. Don't despair.
- A cute guy was kicking a tennis ball across the sidewalk and kicked it toward me. I went to kick it back, almost stepped on it instead, and pictured myself slipping and flying through the air. As it turned out I barely kicked it in time, but the image of myself falling had me cracking up.

Laughing is good for you. This morning has been oddly funny to me.
