Best big sister ever? Perhaps.
Last Friday my parents were gone, I didn't have work, and the only other sister babysitting-age was gone at youth conference. I was left to the task of watching the chillins for few hours.
Thankfully, since I hadn't seen them since the Sunday before, I missed them terribly and didn't mind entertaining them. And entertain them I did. :)

We went shopping.
Grant loves when his four sisters play dress up on him.
Pardon the sideways-ness.

Went to Wilco to look at the animals. Of which there were none.

Went to Hockinson Park and partied hard.

Went strawberry picking in a u-pick field.
They loved that!

Went to our favorite Chinese buffet in the world!
Which is kinda weird since when we go there the kids only get the american food.
Weirdos.

And then I took them to a movie at the $3 theater!

We had such an awesome day. Every fifteen or so minutes Morgan would look at Grant and Avery and silently count to five on her fingers. Then they'd yell "thank you, Mackenzie!" at me. So precious. :)
I want them to have good memories of me. I don't want to be the absentee adult-sibling in their life. I want to be an active part. They're too important to me to not be.
